Scolecite is a hydrous calcium aluminium silicate, a zeolite mineral. It forms as either vertically striated crystals or fibrous masses that radiate from a central core. The colour ranges from colourless, white to yellow/white often with a silky lustre.

The crystalline form has a more intense, focussed energy than the more soothing energy of the fibrous form.

The frequency of Scolecite connects to the third eye, crown and soul star chakras. It gently opens, cleanses and activates these higher chakras allowing one to connect to the higher dimensions allowing "light"energy to permeate one's energy fields and bring forth a sense of serenity to one's being.
