Sodalite is a chloric sodium aluminium silicate. The colour is mainly shades of blue with some grey markings and white Calcite inclusions.

The frequency of Sodalite connects to the third eye chakra. It aids one's insight by allowing one to recognize and understand aspects of one's "inner-self" and where one is on one's "spiritual path". It enhances one's mental powers so one has a clear understanding of issues and helps one to remain focussed.

Sodalite helps to increase one's intuition by allowing one to feel confident and to act upon one's "knowing". It aids with meditation by helping one to relax and take one's consciousness to deep within the "self", allowing one to detach oneself from the worries and stress of everyday living and to view one's life from a "higher perspective". Sodalite allows one to integrate all aspects of one's self so that past wounds can be healed.
