Amblygonite is a lithium sodium aluminium phosphate mineral, pale yellow/gold or sometimes yellow/green in colour.
The frequency of Amblygonite connects to the solar plexus chakra. It clears, strengthens and stimulates this chakra so that one can overcome issues relating to one's personal power. It allows one to have clarity of thought so that one may be creative in one's manifestations. Amblygonite helps one to remain focussed until one's ideas and desires are brought into being.
