Grounding and Balancing of Polarities
Magnetite is an iron oxide mineral. Highly magnetic, silver/grey/black in colour with a slightly dull metallic sheen. It is also known as Lodestone.
The frequency of Magnetite connects to all the chakras. It helps the energy to flow through the whole of the chakra system by releasing blocked or stagnant energy. It helps to align one's subtle bodies to the magnetic core of the Earth.
Its grounding and protective properties will allow one to be fully grounded within one's physical body and be protected from any negative energy or patterns of others from entering one's energy fields.
Its energy helps to balance polarities such as male and female energy, directive and receptive energy, right and left, thus bringing one's energy fields into balance. It can also help with emotional mood swings. The iron content resonates with the iron portion of haemoglobin and can thus help with anaemia.
