Jasper is a micro-crystalline variety of Quartz, silicon dioxide mineral. Jaspers can contain up to 20% of various included minerals which account for such a variation in the range of colours and types.

Unakite is a mottled green and pink variety of Jasper.

The frequency of Unakite connects to all the chakras but with a strong connection to the heart chakra. It helps one to acknowledge and release negative emotions, such as anger, resentment and other low vibrational energies, by helping to prevent these negative energies from manifesting within the physical body and thus causing disease.

The energy of Unakite helps one to release any deeply held or repressed emotional patterns that are being held within the physical body and have led to bad habits such as over-eating and over consumption of alcohol. Such a release helps to balance one's emotions and can thus aid emotional healing.
